A Digital Frame for this Digital Age

Since you take all your photos digitally at this point, why are you still wasting money getting them printed out onto paper? Paper is so 20th century. Yeah, I know you want to display your photos. You can without paper. Don’t believe me. Don’t be so skeptical, friend. Have I ever steered you wrong in the past?

Check out this Philips 7FF1M4/37 7-inch Digital Photo Acrylic Frame. It can store up to 60 of your favorite photos, showing whichever one you choose or rotating them as a slideshow. You can load it up with photos via its USB port or by popping in a CompactFlash type I, Memory Stick, MemoryStick Pro, Multimedia Card, or SD Secure Digital card.

Why bother going somewhere to have your pictures printed or wasting money on a printer, ink, and paper? You can display photos the way they were taken: digitally. It only makes sense, no?

What an awesome gift for Grandma n' Grandpa so that they can also share in the memories of your children as they grow up too fast before you. Wow!!

I love the idea, but I wonder about the picture quality of these digital frames. It doesn't seem to get much mention. I would pay more for the highest resolution frame, for a sharp picture.
