The new Samsung SLM A747 cell phone is a slick, thin flip phone that’s just arriving at AT&T. It includes your standard cell phone features, such as a camera and web surfing abilities, but it also has something that no other phones currently have: access to the Napster Mobile online music store.
Yep, it’s the first phone to come loaded with the ability to download tunes from Napster from anywhere. Unfortunately, the prices are a bit higher when you’re downloading to your phone rather than a computer, with single tracks setting you back $1.99 and a set of five running you $7.49. it’s a steep price, to be sure, but being able to download any song you want from anywhere is pretty cool. And once you buy it for your phone, you’ll be emailed a link to download it to your computer as well, so you’ll be able to enjoy your tunes both at home and on the go. The phone itself will set you back $150 with some rebates, which is not a bad deal for a smart little phone that’ll let you grab music out of thin air from anywhere.
