HOW TO ENTER - To enter online, become a fan of J&R on Facebook and write on the “Wall”. You can also enter by mailing your name, address, daytime phone number, e-mail address and age handwritten on a 3 1/2″ x 5″ postcard (postage paid) to: Become a Facebook Fan and Win!, 23 Park Row, New York, NY, 10038. Employees of J&R Electronics, Inc., dba Music World & Computer World, entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means, and entries in excess of one per person will be disqualified. J&R Music World & Computer World is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are stolen misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, ineligible or postage due. All entries become the property of the J&R Music World & Computer World and will not be acknowledged or returned.
All electronic and email entries must be received by J&R Music World & Computer World by October 15, 2009. A random drawing of all eligible entries will be no later than Midnight, October 16, 2009 to determine the winners. The Winner will be notified on the date of the drawing via their Facebook account email. Winner will be required to sign and return to J&R Music World & Computer World an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity releases within 24 hours of notification. In the event winner does not comply with each of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and J&R Music World & Computer World reserves the right to either select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries or to cancel the sweepstakes, all in its sole discretion. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received.
