In celebration of the release of his album “BELIEVE,” Justin Bieber will be meeting his friends and autographing CDs at J&R, the legendary music and electronics store located in Downtown New York City.

How can you be one of the lucky fans to meet Justin?

Pre-order the Regular or DELUXE Edition of “BELIEVE” at J&R Music World’s 34 Park Row (lower level) Location and you will receive a wristband that grants you access to the autograph signing. While supplies last.  34 Park Row Lower Level will open today at 10am.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Wristbands are limited – first come, first serve, while supplies last.
• Wristbands can only be obtained by pre-ordering Justin’s new release, “BELIEVE”, at J&R Music World in NYC (retail store only).
• One wristband per customer.
• Limit 1 (one) autograph per wristband at the in-store.
• Justin will only be signing copies of “BELIEVE”.
• No posed photos with Justin.
• Each fan through the line MUST have a wristband and a pre-order receipt for their own copy of “BELIEVE” (CDs will be distributed to customers at Tuesday’s event).
• Adults do not need a wristband to accompany minors into the signing area.
• First come, first serve – time is limited.
• NO ONE WILL BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND THE IN-STORE WITHOUT A WRISTBAND, NO EXCEPTIONS!

    i got there at 7 and i still got a wristband.. not only that but they offered me either package meaing that nothing was sold out so the J&R guy that answered u is WRONG!

    how many wristband have been sold cuz if there are like 100′s being sold then maybe if i come at like 2:40 i will get a chance to get my cd signed..MY DAD WORKS TILL 2:20 AND j&r IS NOT FAR….ITS LIKE 15 MINS…WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO GET IT SIGNED..CUZ I KNOW THAT ITS NOT GONNA TAKE LIKE HALF AN HOUR TO GET HUNDREDS OF ALBUMS SIGNED ?

    I have two wristbands. Why does it say “”First Come, First serve – time is limited” at the end of the description as well as at the beginning? Does this mean that even if I have a wristband, if there are many people Justin might run out of time and not give autographs in person to everyone who is there?
