Load up a few gigabytes’ worth of music on 2 or 3 cards and you’ve got a portable jukebox. The article celebrates the “discounters, the copycats… the ones who do things cheaply.” Being Real New Yorkers, we know a decent bargain when we see one. Coby’s a good value brand — we’ve carried their cheapie portable DVD player with us on several long trips. It’s not the best screen, but you can’t beat the price.
