Darth Vader Makes Soul Caliber IV a Must-Own
Soul Caliber is one of the most famous fighting game franchises, up there with Street Fighter and Mortal Combat, with legions of loyal fans that see it as the best example of the genre around. Breaking the standard fighting game mold by bringing weapons into the mix, it delivers fast paced action, brutal combos, and gorgeous graphics to fighter fans.
And now, the latest entry in the series, Soul Calibur IV, is about to be released. Bringing the franchise to the next-gen Playstation 3 for the first time, it’s a huge leap forward for the Soul Caliber franchise. The graphics get a huge update, making it one of the most realistic-looking fighters ever, and it has a whole bunch of new characters. What characters, you ask? How about Darth Vader? Yes, Darth Vader is playable in the new Soul Caliber game, complete with lightsaber and Death Star level. This makes it one of the coolest fighting games ever, one any fan of either the genre or Star Wars is going to want to pick up.
