Family Guy’s Tribute To Star Wars

So you like Star Wars. You also happen to be a pretty big fan of Family Guy. Sadly, your two loves never crossed paths. Until now.

Witness Family Guy Presents Blue Harvest, an hour long Family Guy special that’s a tribute to the original Star Wars movie. Yes, Peter becomes Han Solo, Lois becomes Princess Leia, Chris becomes Luke Skywalker, and of course Brian becomes Chewbacca. It’s a hilarious spoof that fans of either Star Wars or Family Guy are sure to love.

In addition, it features a commentary track by none other than George Lucas, creator of Star Wars. If that’s not a ringing endorsement of the whole project, I don’t know what is. So not only will you have the pleasure of watching it through the first time, but you’ll get double the entertainment by getting to listen to George Lucas wince out loud as his beloved masterpiece is lampooned by the twisted minds behind Family Guy. You can’t really go wrong there.
