Film & Live Music…Coming to a Rooftop Near You

TONIGHT, here in beautiful Tribeca, you’ll get a chance to see movies under the stars. Now that the weather’s finally tolerable, you can enjoy a new feature that’s getting a special Rooftop Films sneak preview. There’s also going to be live music to add to the fun. Bring a friend and meet some new people at the Rooftop Films Summer 06 Festival. They are running tonight, tomorrow and Saturday. Tonight’s listing is available HERE; Williamsburg hosts Friday’s show, with music by popular local rockers Koester. Saturday Bushwick hosts a “dark animation” marathon, with music by Brendan Canty of Fugazi & Jim Becker of Califone. The Saturday show will also offer free Dewar’s whiskey at The Wreck Room, just around the corner from the screening.
