Go Fishing with Your Wii

Wii Fishing

Fishing is one of those activities that you really don’t ever get a chance to do living here in New York City. Unless you’re fishing for garbage or corpses in the East River, you probably aren’t standing on any bridges, lazily flicking your fishing rod to and fro and looking to catch anything too majestic.

But hey, that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy at least an approximation of what fishing is like. Sure, you’ll be in your living room playing on your Wii and not out in the great outdoors enjoying the fresh air, but this Hooked! Fishing Game and Wii Fishing Rod is as close as you’re going to get to the real thing without renting a car. It comes with an attachment that turns your Wii remote and nunchuk controller into a veritable fishing rod, letting you use the nunchuk as a reel and the remote as the rod. And hey, at the end of the day you won’t smell like fish, which is always a plus.
