Griffin iTrip Puts Your Music on the Radio

Griffin iTrip

I think over the past few years a new phenomenon has sprouted up, one that has people sitting down in their cars and sighing because they have to fumble around with CDs rather than listen to music with the convenience of their iPods. While it’s a cinch to listen to your iPod while you’re walking around and it’s also cake to hook it up to your home stereo, there aren’t as many car stereos with line-in jacks that can connect to your MP3 player of choice.

Luckily, there’s a way around that little problem. The Griffin iTrip broadcasts your music via FM radio waves, allowing your car stereo to pick it up. No wires, no installation, no nothing. Just plug the little iTrip into your iPod, select a station to broadcast to, and you’re set. All you need to worry about is finding a frequency that doesn’t already have a station on it and you’ll be all set. Now that you’ve taken care of the last place you have CDs, maybe it’s time to put them in storage.
