Guitar Hero II Fulfills Your Rock n Roll Fantasies

guitar hero II

So you were cruelly born without any musical talent, yet still want to impress the ladies with mad guitar skills? Well, I can’t really help you. You want to be able to pretend you’re a rock star while playing video games in your underwear? Ah, now that, my friend, is a problem I have a solution to.

Guitar Hero II is the sequel to the super-popular original Guitar Hero, a kind of variation on Dance Dance Revolution that has you ripping it up on your guitar rather than burning up the dance floor. Rather than needing to learn all the pesky chords and such, you just hit the buttons in rhythm with the song as they appear on screen. You can play along with 64 tracks, everything from Sweet Child O Mine to Freebird, fulfilling all of your wildest rock star fantasies in the dorkiest way possible. But hey, I’m sure it’ll impress some girls out there. Just put some pants on, Bon Jovi.
