Halo 3 Recon Announced

Bungie just dropped a ten ton hammer on the gaming press and Halo fanboys worldwide at the Tokyo Game Show. They announced to the world that they will release Halo 3 Recon next fall.

Apparently, the “Keep It Clean“ trailer that was leaked a few weeks ago isn’t just an add-on to Halo 3. No sir, it is a full fledged game, complete with a new storyline and a new hero that is not Master Chief!

Halo 3 Recon will take place during the events leading to the return of Master Chief to New Mombasa in Halo 3. Apart from the brand new campaign, it will feature four player co-op gameplay and new multiplayer maps and content.
