InFusion Brings You Portable Wireless Radio

Infusion Wireless Radio

There really isn’t much on the radio these days. Hopefully HD-Radio will change that, but for now the radio dial is barren, aside from a few FM stations here and there. Not that it really matters, since we have more listening options than ever. If you have an MP3 player and satellite radio like XM and Sirius, you’ve got all the music you could ever need.

The one thing you couldn’t do is listen to Internet radio stations on the go. A lot of good music shows are I-cast only, and you miss out on it, when you aren’t in front of a computer. The InFusion Portable Wireless Radio means that you can. Carry it with you while walking anywhere in the city — it’ll connect to any WiFi hotspot or open network connection, and stream your favorite Internet radio. You can tune into FM broadcasts too, and save both as MP3s. It’s not a huge piece of equipment either - it’s the size of a business card. Definitely worth considering as a gift this season, for the techie and music fan in your life.

HD Radio/IBOC is a fraud and a farse - IBOC causes adjacent-channel interference and has only 60% the coverage of analog. Consumer sales of HD radios has been anemic - HD Radio will fail, as AM Stereo did in the 1980's.
