It's been a great phone so far (had it about a month or so); just charge up, put in sim, boot up and off and running. 2 nits to pick: what you get is the international version of the phone (so the included power adaptor doesn't come with US plugs), and because the Pre and Pixi are out, all things Treo Pro are buried on the Palm US website and take a little digging to get to. (I was able to get an US adaptor and charging stand from the US Palm store though.) I plan on keeping this one for a while so I'll be getting an extra battery soon. one other thing, the glossy finish is a print magnet!
