It’s 10pm - Fox 5 Finds Its Child

“It’s 10pm, do you know where your children are?”, is perhaps the most famous line in New York and comes from the J&R sponsored Public Service Announcement which marks the beginning of 10 O’Clock News on WNYW, New York’s Fox 5. When the New York Post ran a “Where are they now?” story on the children who have been pictured in the spot’s four decade run, they didn’t find the most familar child.

Fox 5 found him to be Matthew Traystman, who’s now a 23-year-old engineer working on Long Island. His mom, Christine Traystman, was working at Ch. 5 when the ad was shot over 10 years ago. Matthew is interviewed in this video clip from the news show.
