Kane & Lynch Deliver Some Grown-Up Entertainment

There are plenty of cute and cuddly games out there, games that are perfectly suitable for children. You know, any game featuring Mario or a witty animal or based on a cartoon. Those are all well and good, but sometimes you want a game aimed at grown ups. One that’s not afraid of a bleak storyline and some good old fashioned violence. Kane & Lynch: Dead Men is just such a game.

The game is about a couple of death row inmates busted out of prison by a notoriously violent gang — The 7 — and forced to commit crimes as retaliation to former misdeeds against the gang. You won’t find too many likable characters here, as they’re all sociopath criminals, but you certainly won’t find a vibe like this in a Mario game. If you want to explore your dark side and take on the role of a death row inmate on a rampage, all from the safety and comfort of your living room, you can’t go wrong with Kane & Lynch.
