Laptops Don’t Get Smaller Than the LifeBook U810

Lifebook

When it comes to portable laptop computers, generally speaking, a very small one is 11 inches. That makes for a relatively light, portable computer. But 11 inches is gigantic compared to this Fujitsu LifeBook U810 Mini-Notebook PC. Sporting a wee 5.6-inch LCD touchscreen, it’s about the size of a paperback book. It has a little keyboard and a mouse thumb button on the upper right hand corner, allowing you to hold it in your hands and use the mouse that way.

The screen also rotates around and folds back on itself, turning it into a tablet with a touchscreen that you can manipulate using the included stylus. Conveniently, the mouse button is still usable in this configuration. With a relatively slow processor, it probably won’t replace your full computer anytime soon, but when it comes to traveling light, it’s next to impossible to get anything smaller than the LifeBook U810.
