I completely agree - great product, however I have run into a couple of problems. Firstly, there appears to be no direct streaming service available in the uk e.g. Napster or Rhapsody or have I missed something?

The second problem is with the supplier - Ripcaster. They are completely useless, and simply will not take my calls to ask for help. I am warning all would be customers of Ripcaster to beware - they will ignore you as soon as they have your cash.
