Lower Manhattan Reinvented

With all of the construction going on at the World Trade Center site, you can expect to start seeing some major changes to the overall look of Lower Manhattan. And a lot of those changes are happening now! NY Magazine takes a look at some of the new high-end stores moving into the area. Along with such retail landmarks like J&R and Century 21, you can expect to see Tiffany & Co. and Hermès open up stores in the coming weeks and months. It looks like Lower Manhattan, the city’s oldest neighborhood, is about to become New York’s newest prime neighborhood.
