I am looking forward to the N800 BUT I have a big issue with Nokia's support. I bought the N770 and it connected to the Internet but it would not install new apps. The application manager would not run. I SHOULD HAVE returned it to J&R but I sent it to Nokia to be serviced. 6 weeks later - nothing! They could not repair and could not replace it and have the worst Customer Service I've experienced in years --- THEY DON'T CARE. I am getting a refund (I hope) and will get the N800 in spite of Nokia. I wish another manufacturer would catch on to this idea because it's got a beautiful screen and is a reasonable size to read a web screen. I HATE NOKIA AFTER THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THEM.
