Planet Of The Apes Boxset Arrives on Blu-ray

Take your stinking paws off me, you damned dirty ape! Who doesn’t know that famous Charlton Heston line by now? It’s legendary.

Planet of the Apes was a breakthrough sci-fi movie for the time period and it’s definitely a cult classic. The movie had four sequels, and has etched a place in sci-fi history books.

Fans of the movies should be pleased to hear that all five movies are now available on blu-ray. Planet Of The Apes: 40 Year Evolution Blu-ray Collection includes the original film and the four sequels; Beneath The Planet of the Apes, Escape From the Planet of the Apes, Conquest of the Planet of the Apes and Battle For the Planet of the Apes.

That’s a lot of simian action right there. Only now in glorious 1080p and with lossless sound. Pass me a banana.
