Good quality sound when used in the normal way. I reverse them for talk radio (left phone on my right ear etc). I do this to prevent the headphone from protruding into the ear canal. Goofy I know but it works for me. My only complaint with this head set and any other headset really is at the weakest point...the cord directly at the jack. The wiring always (after a time) becomes frade inside the rubber cord and I always loose a connection in one of the phones. You would think that the designers would double up the rubber at the jack. The way the entire earpiece is a single mold rather than separate parts put together means they won't fall apart after enough use, and the way the buds are angled straight into the ear canal gives you some solid fidelity without having to go the route of those creepy new-fangled earplug types. Err. And the rest of what I was saying:
