Stand Out From the Crowd With a Sansa

If you’re one of those “anything but iPod” people, you’re probably looking for a good alternative to Apple’s ubiquitous music player that’ll let you express your individuality and all that jazz while letting you enjoy music portably and conveniently. I won’t insult you by offering a Zune, as anyone who refuses to buy an iPod sure as hell isn’t going to jump on board with a Microsoft product.

What I will recommend, however, is the Sandisk 1GB Sansa C240 MP3 Player. The diminutive little player may be small, but that doesn’t mean it lacks features. It’s got a screen, one of those necessities that’s oftentimes missing from other wee portable music players. It packs in 1GB of music, can tune in to all of your favorite FM stations, and can have its memory expanded via the MicroSD slot. So not only do you get to rock something other than those white earbuds, but you get things Apple owners would love to have — expandable memory and an FM tuner. Not a bad deal, especially for a nonconformist like yourself.
