Step Up to HDTV. It Won’t Hurt, We Promise.
Just because when people talk about HDTV they’re generally thinking about 50-inch behemoths doesn’t mean you need to buy a wall-sized screen in order to enjoy HD programming. HDTVs are made in all sizes these days, with prices plummeting. After all, standard TVs are supposed to be going the way of the Dodo and HDTVs are meant to replace them, everywhere from the 13-inch TV in the kitchen to the 50-incher in the living room.
A great intro to HDTV is this WESTINGHOUSE LTV-32W3 32″ LCD HDTV Television. The 32-inch screen is generous without overdoing it, and at a slim 4.4 inches deep it’s easy to either mount it on the wall or set it up on a stand. Best of all, it’s about half as much as the cheapest HDTV would have set you back a year ago, making the jump from standard def to HD a much less painful experience.
