R&B recording artist Lalah Hathaway will be appearing live at J&R for a special performance and signing of her latest album “Where It All Begins”. Ms. Hathaway’s music career began in 1990 with her self-titled album Lalah Hathaway and has showed no signs of slowing down. A gifted pianist and vocalist, her combination of Jazz, R&B, and Pop garnered her early recognition as a rising star. Though it was her rich voice that attracted critics and fans alike to her music.

R&B recording artist Lalah Hathaway — seen here below shopping at J&R Music World’s CD Department on October 19th — is in town for her performance at New York’s Highline Ballroom on October 21st. Ms. Hathaway (daughter of Grammy Award Winner Donny Hathaway), released her new album, Where It All Begins on October 18th.
