Okay folks we’re down to crunch time. Christmas Day is fast approaching and if you haven’t finished those lists then you better step on it! With that in mind I’m going to give you what I believe are the top five gifts to give this season. The order isn’t a factor here just the gear that’s on it. I guarantee you any of these is sure to please.
There’s a saying that “Too many cooks spoil the soup”. Yet, in movies, for example, some classics like Wizard of Oz and Gone With The Wind had many directors on hand. Collaborations have produced many successes. Advancing the technologies and uses of networks are opening new doors and paths of communication that make us realize so many ways we can be better.

You love your PS3. It is the game console that can do it all and then some. It plays awesome video games, like Call of Duty: Black Ops and FIFA Soccer 11, and it entertains you with Blu-Ray movies.
If you have owned your PS3 for some time, you may be getting low on hard drive storage space. All of the game saves, customizations, medals, screenshots, pictures, videos and music starts to build up into a mountain of data that is voraciously hungry for gigabytes.
Army of Two: The 40th Day, the anticipated sequel to the popular shooter, Army of Two, is expected to be released by EA on 1/12. Though it hardly feels that way, each day after December’s winter solstice, daylight is longer and spring is around the corner. EA Grand Slam Tennis, a naturally suitable game for Nintendo Wii players using Wii Motion Plus, is prepping for release to PS3 and for the Xbox 360 game system.
Part of the EA Grand Slam series, Grand Slam Tennis lets you pick a favorite pro Tennis player and swing your racquet away towards victory. The original developers of Grand Slam Tennis originally designed it for the virtual motion sensitive Nintendo Wii format for release in June 2009. So Wii players had a lead at getting into swing of things on the courts. PS3 and X360 were to get their own versions before Christmas 2009 but technical difficulties delayed release. Now EA is ready to deliver Grand Slam Tennis for PS3 and X360 before the Spring equinox and game players are hungry to get into the action. Continue Reading »
It’s a great time to be a gamer. Even greater, it’s downright awesome to be a gamer during the gift giving season. There has been no shortage of incredible games this fall. The hardest part of compiling this gift guide was narrowing the games down to this list. You certainly are not relegated to this list, as there are many fine games that are out this season. This is just a suggestion.
God of War burst unto the scene like a juggernaut in early 2005. It was by far the best action game on the PS2. Kratos, the protagonist in the game is a Spartan warrior. He was a loyal servant of Ares, the God of war. Ares bestowed a godly weapon called the blades of chaos [...]
The long wait is finally over. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is finally here. Modern Warfare 2 is the sequel to the critically acclaimed Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Modern Warfare 2 picks up a few years after the first game. Like all veteran COD players know, you get to traverse various locales in the different mission settings. You will fight in Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Brazil and a bombed out Washington D.C. The single player is brief and intense.
After the single player campaign, grab a partner and jump into the Special Ops mode. It’s a cooperative mode that uses locales from the single player not related to that campaign. You can play Special Ops alone, but what fun is that? Coop is definitely the preferred way to play this mode.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is the sequel to the critically acclaimed Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune. So what’s the verdict on the sequel? It is superb. It’s currently the highest rated console game of the year on gamerankings.
Without giving away spoilers, you resume the role of the protagonist, Nathan Drake. The adventure starts a few years after the first game. Nathan is tasked with investigating the mysterious voyage of Marco Polo from China in 1292. Marco Polo left with fourteen ships and had a crew of over 600 men. However, Polo only arrived with one ship and a crew of 18.
Nathan traverses different terrains, and exotic locales to get to the bottom of this mystery. I won’t say anymore, but I will say that this is the best looking game I have ever played, and I have played just about everything. The graphics are stellar. Check out the IGN video review below. If you have a PS3, you’d be foolish not to buy this game.
