The Nikon D90 kit comes with an 18-105mm lens. The lens has vibration reduction. Many of the Nikon DX lenses have vibration reduction. This is usually noted with the acronym "VR".
The length of your video footage depends on what resolution you set the camera on. But it's anywhere from 5 minutes for 720p HD, to 20 minutes for SD.
Does it work well? Yes it does, however I think that a tripod is a must when recording with the D90. Without it, you might get a wobble effect when doing wide pans.
50 mm lens will give you the truest angles, as an architect you may value that most. A 28mm lens will show more in close quarters, but there will be some distortion.
I have a N6006 with several lens and am in the market to purchase a Nikon digital SLR camera. Is a Nikon ED AF Nikkor 70-300mm 1:4-5.6D compatible with any digital SLR cameras?
