This Week’s Lunch n’ Learn: DSLR Cameras, Home Recording & Home Theater

Lunch N’ Learn Seminars this week offer helpful information about a digital camera, a computer-based music studio, and home theater.

On Wednesday, you’ll learn everything you need to know about the Nikon D300 DSLR camera. Please note the 5:30pm start time. The D300 is a professional-quality camera, but you don’t have to a pro to use it. If you own a D300, bring it along; the experts from Nikon will show you how to get the most out of it.

On Thursday at noon, M-Audio will help you set up a recording studio on your computer. Some really amazing music has been produced on location with M-Audio software. Find out what you need to create your own personal studio.

Sony professionals will advise you how to set up and enhance your home theater experience. The Home Theater seminar will be at noon on Friday. Home Theater can be a totally immersive event; Sony will guide you through it.

Bring your own meal or enjoy a light snack courtesy of J&R. The seminar room is on the 4th floor of 1 Park Row in downtown New York. Vendors usually bring along some surprises for seminar attendees. Be sure to register and attend.
