On Friday, October 30th, we’ll randomly pick a winner from all entries tweeted by midnight EST October 29th.

1. HOW TO ENTER
   
   To enter online, just tell us which TV character you’d like to be stranded on a desert island with and Tweet it!. To be eligible to win, you must “re-tweet” the original question and be a follower of JRblog.

   You can also enter by mailing your name, address, daytime phone number, e-mail address and age handwritten on a 3 1/2″ x 5″ postcard (postage paid) to: Twitter TV Contest, 23 Park Row, New York, NY, 10038. Employees of J&R Electronics, Inc., dba Music World & Computer World, entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means. J&R Music World & Computer World is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are stolen misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, ineligible or postage due. All entries become the property of the J&R Music World & Computer World and will not be acknowledged or returned.

2. WHO IS ELIGIBLE AND HOW/WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED & NOTIFIED

   J&R’s Social Media Department will choose the winning entry on October 30th, 2009.

   The Winner will be notified on the date of the judging by @reply on twitter.

   Winner will be required to sign and return to J&R Music World & Computer World an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity releases within 72 hours of notification. In the event winner does not comply with each of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and J&R Music World & Computer World reserves the right to either select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries or to cancel the contest, all in its sole discretion.
