Unreal Tournament III Brings FPS Games to the Next Level

When it comes to multiplayer first person shooters, you can’t do much better than the Unreal Tournament series. It pretty much defined online first person shooter games for years, with each new installment of the series acting as a huge leap forward for the genre. And you know what? The latest version was just released.

Unreal Tournament III brings the same over the top, completely ridiculous and unrealistic action to the next level, delivering next generation graphics to the tried and true Unreal Tournament formula. There’s still no real one-player version of the game, although the bots you can play solo against have gotten smarter. The maps are larger, there are more weapons, and the game is just, you know, bigger all around. So go ahead, grab a copy, get online with it, go make some new friends, then slaughter them with the Flak Cannon or Rail Gun.
