It’s a well-known fact that using two monitors as opposed to one greatly increased you productivity. Not having to switch between multiple windows keep you from getting distracted — you’re less likely to hide your Excel spreadsheet under YouTube and “forget” what you were working on. The problem is, most computers aren’t equipped to run two monitors unless you have a graphics card expressly designed for the task installed. Unless you planned ahead, the chances are you aren’t set up to handle two screens.
Well, the good news is that now you don’t need a complicated hardware solution to add dual-monitor functionality to your computer. Tritton Technologies’ TRI-UV100 is a brilliant solution that will allow you to add a second screen without any extra effort whatsoever. It’s a SVGA to USB adapter, which allows you to plug an extra monitor into a USB port rather than requiring a second or new video card. Now all you need is for your boss to get you a second monitor. Time to brush up on that sweet talking.
