Warhawk Launching Soon on PS3

You know, not every video game is a violent shooter or an overly-cute platform game. Nor is it a sports game that strives for ultimate realism or a puzzle game. There’s more to gaming than Japanese RPGs, and more than strategy games. Of all the many genres out there for the various systems, one of the most cruelly underrepresented is the flying genre. Well, that’s about to change with the release of Warhawk.

Warhawk is a multiplayer battle royale, pitting air and ground forces against each other in a white knuckle, hair raising fight to the finish. Allowing for up to 32 players to duke it out simultaneously, it’s going to bring a whole new level of multiplayer action to the Playstation 3, a platform that could use a bit of a boost in the action department. So put aside all those games that you’ve played a hundred times before and do something different: take to the skies.
