Waterfalls in New York City
It’s now the middle of summer, and there couldn’t be a better time to spend an afternoon watching the New York City Waterfalls. Artist Olafur Eliasson’s 15.5 million dollar project with the Public Art Fund adorns New York City’s East River with four man-made waterfalls until October 13.
To get to the falls from J&R, take the R train from City Hall and head downtown to Whitehall Street for a breathtaking view at the South Street Seaport.
